Raíces y Riquezas Financial Wellness LLC was founded by Ana Santiago, whose personal and professional journey shaped a mission to deliver judgment-free, culturally-informed financial coaching. With a foundation in Social Work and experience in both the investment and lending sectors, Ana understands how financial systems affect real people—especially those from marginalized communities.
As a first-generation professional with experience supporting immigrant communities and practicing trauma-informed care, she brings a uniquely empathetic, bilingual, and inclusive lens to financial wellness. Her goal is to help individuals build healthier relationships with money and foster generational prosperity.
